  • Review AI-generated matches and identify the strongest talent.
  • Interview and qualify candidates, presenting shortlists to hiring managers.
  • Join client calls to clarify requirements and provide strategic hiring guidance.
  • Act as a partner to clients, challenging unrealistic expectations.
  • Own candidate pipelines end-to-end.
  • Provide feedback to the engineering team to improve matching logic.
  • Keep candidate notes and process documentation accurate.
  • Prioritize across multiple searches and drive them to successful hires.
