Responsibilities:
- Run full-cycle recruiting for U.S.-based roles using Clera's AI-powered platform.
- Review AI-generated matches and identify the strongest talent.
- Interview and qualify candidates, presenting shortlists to hiring managers.
- Join client calls to clarify requirements and provide strategic hiring guidance.
- Act as a partner to clients, challenging unrealistic expectations.
- Own candidate pipelines end-to-end.
- Provide feedback to the engineering team to improve matching logic.
- Keep candidate notes and process documentation accurate.
- Prioritize across multiple searches and drive them to successful hires.
