3 to 5 years of experience in Project Management or Product Operations within SaaS, gaming, or related digital platforms. Proven experience with QA processes, release cycles, and defect management. Strong understanding of bonus systems, wallets, user flows, and campaign delivery in gaming or eCommerce environments. Familiarity with integrations, APIs, provider systems, and platform logging tools. Experience with Jira or similar task tracking systems. Understanding of tracking systems, UTMs, events, and anti fraud controls. Ability to read logs, identify inconsistencies, and support troubleshooting. Strong organization and prioritization capabilities. Clear communication and stakeholder coordination. Ability to work under time sensitive conditions and handle live incidents professionally. Analytical mindset with attention to detail. Experience in iGaming, sweepstakes, or high volume transactional platforms. Understanding of HTML, QA methodologies, or basic testing tools. Familiarity with Agile methodologies (e.g., Scrum, Kanban).
