Responsibilities:
Conduct client training in preparation for Go-Live events Complete practice assessments and workflow analysis Instruct clinical and non-clinical staff on software application use Investigate and resolve client issues during implementation and go-live Identify opportunities for workflow improvement and optimization post-go-live Partner with internal teams to ensure successful implementation Communicate effectively with clients and team members
