CRA Analyst - To 75K - Remote - Job 3692B

Four-year college degree 4+ years of related experience and/or training 12 - 18 months related management experience Ability to work with mathematical concepts such as probability and statistical inference, and fundamentals of plane, algebra, solid geometry, and trigonometry. Intermediate: Presentation/PowerPoint, Spreadsheet, Word Processing/Typing

Review, qualify, and document CRA activities across volunteer services, donations, FHLB programs, and financial literacy initiatives. Generate actionable reports for management and the CRA Committee. Identify CRA-related opportunities with stakeholders and lines of business. Conduct data integrity reviews of CRA Community Development activities. Facilitate monthly CRA Liaison program meetings. Support the implementation of new or modified CRA Program-related regulations. Collaborate with the Mortgage Group and CRA Officer to maintain and submit documentation for FHLB Programs. Develop and conduct small group training on CRA-qualified donations and services. Prepare a gap analysis for Services and Donations. Oversee the accurate and timely preparation of the Bank's CRA Public File. Maintain compliance with applicable laws and regulations. Complete required BSA/AML training and other compliance training.
