Requirements:
Active International Coaching Federation (ICF) Certification OR a Master’s/Postgraduate Diploma in Counseling Proficiency in coaching methods and evidence-based approaches (e.g., Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, DBT, SFBT) ICF Coaches with 200+ coaching hours, or Counsellors with 300+ post-graduation clinical hours Fluency in English and the local language Experience in EAP, adult counseling, or coaching managerial roles (preferred)
