Enterprise Architect

IT experience, including in a solution architecture or technical leadership role. Deep expertise in data protection, backup & recovery, disaster recovery (DR), and cybersecurity. Hands-on experience with containers (Docker, Kubernetes) and container security in enterprise environments. Strong technical knowledge of virtualization (VMware, Hyper-V), cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), and storage systems. Record of leading transformation projects for large enterprise customers. Strong understanding of networking, security, compliance frameworks (ISO 27001, NIST, etc.), and IT governance. Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills. Experience working in a post-sales consulting, professional services, or solution delivery role. Frequent collaboration with internal teams (Professional Services, Pre-Sales, Sales, Partners). Experience with automation & scripting (PowerShell, Python) is a bonus.

Conduct technical discovery sessions with customers. Design high-level and detailed solution architectures. Create low-level design documents and technical specifications. Develop and maintain reference architectures for direct customer and partner-led projects. Provide technical oversight during solution deployment and post-sales implementation. Support and guide partner-driven deployments. Evaluate emerging technologies in containers, security, and hybrid cloud. Collaborate with Pre-Sales, Sales, and Customer Success teams. Serve as a trusted technical advisor.
