Software Development Engineer III - Full Stack (Platform Frontend)

5+ years of professional full-stack or front-end-focused engineering experience. Strong frontend experience (Vue.js preferred; React experience is a plus). Deep experience with Nest.js (or equivalent Node.js frameworks). Strong understanding of MongoDB, schema modeling, indexing & query optimization. Proven track record of improving performance in both frontend and backend codebases. Solid understanding of browser behavior, rendering, caching, and web performance metrics. Experience owning complex features and driving technical decisions. Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Build performant, scalable, and reusable UI components. Identify and fix performance bottlenecks in frontend and backend. Improve page load speed, responsiveness, and UX performance. Maintain a clean and modular front-end codebase. Design and build scalable, maintainable APIs using Nest.js. Work with MongoDB for schema design, indexing, and query performance. Implement secure authentication, authorization, and API best practices. Optimize backend services for high throughput and low latency. Take ownership of medium-to-large features end-to-end. Lead performance-driven engineering improvements. Evaluate and integrate open-source tools, libraries, and frameworks. Mentor and guide junior engineers.
