Develop high-quality technical interview questions for AI-enabled engineering workflows Uphold interview content standards through peer reviews, mentorship, and feedback integration Produce complex interview content, including codebases and design exercises Partner with Content Designers on new content formats for generative AI use Author new technical interview questions, leveraging modern technology including generative AI Mentor junior Content Development Engineers through peer reviews Integrate feedback and iterate on content based on performance data
