Strong SQL skills (select, joins, filters, aggregations). Comfortable with Excel/Google Sheets (pivot tables, lookups, formulas). Basic understanding of databases and relational data. Ability to follow SOPs, stay organized, and deliver consistent outputs. Solid communication and reliability for daily standups and operational cadence. Basic understanding of Power BI or other visualization tools is a plus. Experience with CRM datasets, call center data, or collections/ARM industry (nice-to-have). Knowledge of email/SMS marketing logic (nice-to-have). Familiarity with deliverability concepts and list management (nice-to-have). Familiarity with API-based data pulls or automation tools (nice-to-have).
