Tech Lead, LLM & Generative AI (Full Remote - Finland)

8+ years of engineering experience, with significant portion dedicated to shipping ML/LLM features to millions of active users. Proficient in Python/PyTorch and comfortable with the modern LLM stack (vLLM, HuggingFace, fine-tuning pipelines, eval frameworks). Comfortable working with NSFW content and understanding the technical rigor required for moderation. Intuition for LLM alignment and how various parameters affect chatbot behavior. Doer mindset valuing velocity and shipping production solutions. Owner mindset, obsessing over metrics, regressions, and user experience.

Act as a Player/Coach for the LLM team, mentoring engineers and writing production code. Own the core chat loop, optimizing context windows, memory/RAG retrieval, and inference latency. Drive strategy for Supervised Fine-Tuning (SFT) and Preference Optimization (RLHF/DPO). Manage the 'Data Engine' for sourcing, labeling, and cleaning datasets. Design and train custom classifiers for nuanced, context-aware moderation systems.
