Provide expert service support as L3 specialist. Identify, analyze, and develop solutions for complex incidents or problems. Analyze issues and develop tools/solutions for business continuity and impact mitigation. Timely update assigned tasks and provide responses/solutions within timelines. Create problem corrective action plan proposals. Deploy bug fixes in managed applications. Participate in internal knowledge sharing, collaboration, and service improvement initiatives. Tasks may include incident/problem resolution, automation, change assessment, and development/implementation changes.
