Staff Frontend Engineer - RiskOS

10+ years of professional experience building modern web applications with TypeScript, React, and related workflows Demonstrated experience leading large-scale frontend systems, focusing on architecture, performance, accessibility, and security Proven ability to mentor and develop engineers into technical leaders Deep expertise in design systems, reusable component libraries, and cross-application UI frameworks Effective collaboration with product managers, UX designers, and executives to set and execute strategic technical direction Strong background in testing methodologies, continuous integration, and delivery pipelines Experience with cloud-native environments (Google Cloud, AWS, or equivalent) and modern deployment practices

Define and evolve frontend architecture, frameworks, and design systems Provide technical leadership through mentorship, code reviews, and driving best practices Partner with product, design, and backend engineering to shape long-term technical roadmaps Translate complex product and business requirements into clear, actionable technical plans Identify and resolve systemic issues by delivering scalable, reliable solutions Represent frontend engineering in cross-team architecture discussions Contribute hands-on to key initiatives while empowering teams
