Requirements
- Certified General Practitioner (eliminatory factor).
- Active registration with the Order of Doctors.
- Clinical experience in managing acute and chronic conditions.
- Proficiency with digital platforms.
- Empathetic and approachable communication skills.
- Availability for shifts: Monday to Friday (8 am - 6 pm) and Saturday, Sunday, and Holidays (8 am - 2 pm).
Responsibilities
- Conduct telemedicine consultations for primary care in acute settings for patients of all ages.
- Serve patients residing in Portugal or Portuguese citizens abroad.
- Attend patients referred by SNS24 via telemedicine.
- Ensure quality of clinical records, including consultation registration, diagnosis, and telemedicine forms.
- Execute telemedicine clinical procedures, including electronic prescription of medications, exams, and medical certificates.
- Promote healthy lifestyles and health literacy within the community.
