Requirements:
Professional qualification preferred (ACCA, CPA, CA, CMA). 5+ years in finance roles. Experience in SaaS/technology/high-growth environments. Strong technical accounting foundation and IFRS knowledge. FP&A experience in budgeting, forecasting, and modelling. Proficient in Xero and supporting finance tools. Advanced Excel/Google Sheets capabilities. Strong understanding of UAE regulatory frameworks (VAT, ESR, compliance). Process-oriented with automation mindset. Autonomous, proactive self-starter comfortable working fully remote.
Responsibilities:
Manage day-to-day accounting and month-end close. Prepare financial statements under IFRS and UAE requirements. Develop budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes. Build financial models for strategic decision-making. Implement and maintain internal financial controls. Ensure compliance with UAE regulations (VAT, ESR, AML, governance). Oversee payments, vendor management, and reconciliations. Optimize cash flow, treasury processes, and working capital. Serve as a key user of finance systems and drive automation.
