Requirements:
3-5 years experience in CRM, lifecycle marketing, or content-led digital marketing. Strong storytelling skills and a good sense of tone, voice, and audience. Understanding or previous experience working with marketing automation platforms (e.g., Braze, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Iterable). Data-driven mindset with hands-on experience in campaign analysis and optimization. Ability to connect with different teams and keep projects moving. Care deeply about human, authentic customer experiences. Fluent in English.
Responsibilities:
Craft compelling, human customer journeys across email and push. Translate brand voice into lifecycle storytelling across onboarding, engagement, and re-engagement. Experiment with formats, timing, narratives, and creative concepts. Use data and insights to test ideas, learn fast, and evolve journeys. Develop and implement automated and triggered CRM journeys. Create and maintain global content and editorial guidelines for CRM. Support local markets with templates and playbooks. Collaborate with digital and product teams to ensure journeys are technically sound. Explain and defend creative and strategic choices using data, insights, and experimentation results.
