Requirements:
Native or near-native proficiency in French. 8+ years of deep consumer marketing, brand marketing, and/or strategy experience. Proven track record developing and implementing successful integrated marketing or go-to-market strategies. Solid understanding of coordinated (owned + paid) channel mix approaches. Strong grasp of quantitative test designs. Understands user journey mapping. Outstanding organization and project management skills. Excellent collaboration skills; proven track record leading through influence. Tech industry experience preferred.
Responsibilities:
Develop campaigns, programs, and experiments that drive growth (awareness, consideration, and usage) of Mozilla consumer products in France. Develop thought leadership and understanding of the regional landscape, including consumer needs, competitive specs, and emerging trends. Collaborate with teams to develop impactful coordinated channel mix strategies for campaigns and programs. Conduct market research to inform decisions and ensure product market fit. Track campaign performance, document insights, and make recommendations for improvement. Manage end-to-end execution of assigned projects.
