5 – 8 years + of Sales Training/ Facilitation and/or Classroom Management experience preferred in a high volume environment (agency and/or corporate experience). Proven work experience in training, facilitation, developing employees, and coaching. Confident, captivating, and effective public speaker. Devoted to the education growth, and success of each learner. Strong initiative and solid judgment abilities/skills. Successfully convey complex materials and processes. Customer and employee experience focused. Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively. Ability to recognize a problem or potential problem and react quickly and effectively. Must be a proactive and enthusiastic team player. Punctuality and dependability are crucial. Microsoft Office (including Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, and Word) and Adobe Acrobat.
