Requirements:
Experience working in travel is a plus but not a requirement. Spanish speakers a plus but not a requirement. Strong communication skills (both oral and written) and active listening. Comfortable in a coaching environment that stresses skill development. Ability to sit and work at a computer for longer periods. PC proficiency with various Windows applications. Ability to work well with minimal supervision in a high-volume environment. Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude. Successful experience in achieving specific performance goals. Excellent work record and eligibility for rehire.
Responsibilities:
Making outbound calls to hotels and accounts. Requesting folios (receipts) from hotels. Contacting accounts for updated payment information. Sending pre-authorization forms and creating virtual cards. Assisting with credit card reversals by contacting hotels.
