Requirements:
Over 3 years of experience in Sales, Partnerships, and/or Business Development within a financial services company working for Egypt country. Ability to work effectively in a high-pressure, fast-paced, global, and multilingual environment. Proven experience in achieving results in international markets. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Demonstrated leadership skills. High level of integrity, professionalism, and dependability. Excellent team player.
Responsibilities:
Identify, attract, and onboard new partners. Retain, nurture, and expand relationships with existing partners. Build and manage a portfolio of mid- to high-level company partners. Serve as the primary point of contact for partners. Ensure full compliance with business, regulatory, and brand guidelines. Develop and implement market development strategies. Represent the company at industry events. Support partners in increasing their trading volume. Meet and exceed KPIs.
