Bachelor of Education or Science/Arts degree (or equivalent experience) 2+ years healthcare experience, specifically in an imaging/radiology environment Strong written and verbal communication skills Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills Responds positively to challenging work and deadlines Demonstrated capability to facilitate training and knowledge of adult learning Demonstrated capability to manage multiple project streams Willingness to travel up to 75% across the U.S. and Canada

Create, update, and maintain training materials Train customers on Fluency for Imaging Assess learner comprehension Participate in project implementations Gather feedback to improve training Serve as SME on adult learning theory Mentor internal teams on Fluency for Imaging Consult on workflow and best practices Meet department compliance expectations
