Senior Product Designer (Full Remote - Turkey)

5+ years of end-to-end product design experience Experience in dating or social platforms, chat-based experiences, AI-generation tools, or live-interactive gamified products preferred Strong skills in interaction design, visual design, responsive design and information architecture Proven ability to ship impactful features from 0→1 and iterate based on real-world feedback Proficiency in Figma, with the ability to create production-ready UI assets Expert-level prototyping skills Resourceful problem-solving abilities Strong ability to synthesise insights from competitor and market research Experience designing AI-driven products or complex, emerging tech experiences (nice-to-have) Experience with AI content-generation tools (nice-to-have) Strong grasp of effective copywriting (nice-to-have) Skills in motion design, illustration, or 3D (nice-to-have) Understanding of HTML/CSS/JS (nice-to-have) Experience working on subscription-based products (nice-to-have)

Own the end-to-end design process for features Translate complex AI capabilities into clear, intuitive, and engaging user experiences Maintain and evolve a unified design system Design for emerging and evolving UX patterns in AI product landscape Adapt quickly and manage multiple projects in parallel Work hand-in-hand with Product Managers, Engineers, and Marketers Rapidly prototype and test ideas Provide clear, actionable feedback during design reviews Support fast-paced A/B testing with quick design iterations Experiment with AI-assisted design workflows Stay ahead of design trends, AI UX patterns, and emerging interaction models
