Minimum of 5+ years of demonstrated experience in People Operations Experience in business partnership of CX & G&A functions Experience in a start-up environment and supporting a global workforce Proven experience creating and implementing strategies for organizational effectiveness Strong knowledge and understanding of local legislation as it relates to the U.S. and LATAM (Mexico & Colombia) Expertise in organizational development Proficiency in HR tech stack (preferably Rippling HRIS & Lattice) Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills
