Backend Engineer (f/m/x) - remote

4+ years experience building scalable backend services in a modern production environment Experience with Go programming language Understanding of relational database design and ability to write efficient SQL Self-starter with strong ownership and initiative Ability to quickly learn and navigate complex systems Open-minded, communicates with clarity, directness, and respect Values humility, is low-ego, and thrives in a collaborative, transparent culture Excellent English skills Based in a European time zone Curious and eager to experiment with new development approaches Degree in Computer Science or equivalent work experience is desired

Build and maintain core APIs and backend services Actively participate in code reviews and pairing sessions Integrate with third-party systems and APIs Contribute to the design of new features and system components Collaborate with engineers, product managers, and business stakeholders Propagate backend changes to frontend (Vue.js)
