Requirements
- Prior experience as a freight dispatcher for U.S. trucks (minimum 1 year required; 2+ years preferred)
- Experience with load boards such as DAT, Truckstop, Amazon Relay, and 123Loadboard
- Strong negotiation skills
- Ability to build relationships with brokers
- Excellent English communication skills (both spoken and written)
- Reliable, organized, and able to work with minimal supervision
- Stable internet connection, headset, and a quiet workspace
- Familiar with U.S. geography, trucking routes, and freight types
Responsibilities
- Book profitable loads for U.S.-based owner-operators and small fleets
- Handle end-to-end dispatching: load search, rate negotiation, booking, paperwork, check calls, and delivery follow-up
- Communicate directly with brokers, shippers, and drivers
- Keep detailed and accurate logs of loads and daily activities
- Monitor driver hours and ensure compliance with U.S. DOT regulations
- Manage multiple trucks efficiently
- Work U.S. business hours (EST or CST preferred)
