Full-Stack Engineer (Web3 / FinTech)

4+ years of professional software engineering experience building production-grade applications. Deep expertise with TypeScript and React (Class + Functional components, Hooks). Strong proficiency with modern state management tools (Redux, Zustand, Recoil, Jotai, MobX, etc.). Excellent knowledge of HTML, CSS, responsive layout techniques, and component-driven architecture. Comfortable with Node.js for server-rendered experiences or full-stack collaboration. Experience building pixel-perfect, visually polished interfaces and working closely with Product & Design teams. Strong communication skills and comfort working with distributed teams across multiple time zones. Thrives in a remote-first, high-ownership environment with rapid iteration cycles. Experience with large-scale SaaS, 24/7 cloud environments, or high-traffic applications is a strong plus. Familiarity with web3 concepts (wallets, digital signatures, decentralized identity, smart-contract-driven flows) (Nice to Have). Interest in cryptography, token-based authentication, or blockchain data models (Nice to Have). Curiosity about the intersection of emerging technologies and regulated financial systems (Nice to Have).

Work within a cross-functional squad to deliver exceptional user experiences. Participate in the complete product lifecycle. Build and maintain complex front-end features and UI components. Collaborate on API design, state management architecture, and frontend–backend integration. Identify, diagnose, and resolve bugs quickly. Ensure visual and interaction consistency across all front-end surfaces. Influence technical decisions, contribute to architectural discussions, and champion best practices. Participate in experiments or internal tooling involving crypto payroll flows, decentralized identity, cryptographic verification, or wallet interactions (Optional).
