Requirements:
At least 12 months of experience in a digital marketing role. At least 6 months of working experience in an email marketing field. Proven track record of success in a leadership role, especially leading creatives. Ability to work independently without compromising work standards. Highly accountable, responsive, and excellent ability to meet deadlines. Great aptitude for working with people, problem-solving, and critical/analytical thinking. Possesses a growth and results-driven mindset. Excellent interpersonal skills for clear communication with clients and internal teams. Great problem-solving skills. Ability to learn and adapt quickly. Excellent time management skills and high levels of focus, productivity, and efficiency. Familiarity with Slack, Hubstaff, Asana, Klaviyo, and Google Workspace Suite. Comfortable working in a remote environment. Availability, accountability, professionalism, responsiveness, and consistency are highly important. Must be available and responsive during office hours (Mondays to Fridays between 3-6 PM BCN time). Must consistently work 30-35 hours per week (140 hours per month). Must have a stable internet connection and a laptop or PC. Able to attend virtual video conferences. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
Responsibilities:
Manage client accounts and their stores, planning, briefing, monitoring, and executing marketing campaigns for sales. Oversee client-agency relationships and develop marketing strategies. Handle client communications and write client reports. Communicate client needs to team members for campaign execution. Assist clients in meeting revenue goals. Lead teams of copywriters, designers, and associates for smooth campaign execution. Outline client campaign calendars, brief new campaigns, delegate creative work, and oversee delivery. Build and maintain strong client relationships. Develop and execute marketing strategies including email, SMS, pop-ups, and flows. Ensure client needs and expectations are met. Improve email marketing results for clients. Collaborate with team members to respond to client requests. Attend regular client meetings. Collect and analyze data to understand consumer demographics and trends. Report on email marketing campaign performance. Work with the Service Department to meet client KPIs. Implement strategies to prevent client churn. Troubleshoot client satisfaction and campaign performance issues. Participate in Account Managers' group calls and training sessions. Act as a liaison between clients and cross-functional teams. Identify opportunities to expand services offered to clients. Use data analysis to create targeted upselling campaigns. Discover and present industry best practices.
