At least 12 months of experience in a digital marketing role. At least 6 months of working experience in an email marketing field. Proven track record of success in a leadership role, especially leading creatives. Ability to work independently without compromising work standards. Highly accountable, responsive, and excellent ability to meet deadlines. Great aptitude for working with people, problem-solving, and critical/analytical thinking. Possesses a growth and results-driven mindset. Excellent interpersonal skills for clear communication with clients and internal teams. Great problem-solving skills. Ability to learn and adapt quickly. Excellent time management skills and high levels of focus, productivity, and efficiency. Familiarity with Slack, Hubstaff, Asana, Klaviyo, and Google Workspace Suite. Comfortable working in a remote environment. Availability, accountability, professionalism, responsiveness, and consistency are highly important. Must be available and responsive during office hours (Mondays to Fridays between 3-6 PM BCN time). Must consistently work 30-35 hours per week (140 hours per month). Must have a stable internet connection and a laptop or PC. Able to attend virtual video conferences. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
