Process bi-weekly payroll across all entities and affiliates. Run and validate payroll reports. Serve as the main point of contact for employee payroll inquiries. Maintain payroll systems for accurate processing of compensation, deductions, benefits, garnishments, and taxes. Process payroll changes for new hires, terminations, and pay adjustments. Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local payroll and wage/hour laws. Provide documentation and support for internal and external audits. Prepare and submit payroll and tax reports to federal, state, and local agencies. Generate payroll reports for leadership review and financial analysis. Prepare 1095-C forms. Support reconciliation of payroll-related accounts. Assist with payroll-related journal entries and bank reconciliations. Maintain payroll schedules and earning/deduction codes within the HRIS. Manage state and local tax accounts. Administer FSA, HSA, and dependent care accounts. Fund 401(k), HSA, and FSA contributions. Recommend improvements to payroll processes and workflows. Stay current on payroll regulations and HR technology developments. Assist with workers’ compensation, 401(k), and other payroll-related audits. Support annual financial statement audits. Perform other duties as assigned.
