Requirements:
Demonstrated experience caring for diverse mix of patients receiving mental health treatment for anxiety, depression, and other mental health conditions.
Excellent clinical knowledge, communication and organizational skills.
Ensure patient needs are met by listening, communicating clearly, addressing concerns, coordinating care, and taking accountability for outcomes.
Engage in continuous improvement by seeking feedback, participating in professional development, and implementing evidence-based practices.
Practice to the highest ethical standards.
Commitment to high-quality, accessible, cost-effective health care.
Two or more independent and active state licenses.
Technical proficiency with the ability to learn new or streamlined EMR tools.
Active and unrestricted state license.
Willingness and ability to obtain additional state licensure, as requested, paid for by Talkiatry.
Responsibilities:
Provide high-quality psychotherapy and coordinated care for patients.
Collaborate with providers to diagnose, manage, and treat patients.
Work independently and collaboratively with a team of behavioral health providers and support staff.
Utilize custom technology, including an integrated EMR, for patient messaging, progress tracking, and outcome insights.
