Requirements:
- Demonstrated experience caring for diverse mix of patients receiving mental health treatment for anxiety, depression, and other mental health conditions.
- Excellent clinical knowledge, communication and organizational skills.
- Ensure patient needs are met by listening, communicating clearly, addressing concerns, coordinating care, and taking accountability for outcomes.
- Engage in continuous improvement by seeking feedback, participating in professional development, and implementing evidence-based practices.
- Practice to the highest ethical standards.
- Commitment to high-quality, accessible, cost-effective health care.
- Two or more independent and active state licenses.
- Technical proficiency with the ability to learn new or streamlined EMR tools.
- Active and unrestricted state license.
- Willingness and ability to obtain additional state licensure, as requested, paid for by Talkiatry.
Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality psychotherapy and coordinated care for patients.
- Collaborate with providers to diagnose, manage, and treat patients.
- Work independently and collaboratively with a team of behavioral health providers and support staff.
- Utilize custom technology, including an integrated EMR, for patient messaging, progress tracking, and outcome insights.
