Requirements:
Proficiency in maintaining trackers for rent payments, cash flow, and property compliance. Ability to assist with refinancing or funding applications. Experience supporting property listings and tenant communication. Experience with correspondence and file management for accountants, solicitors, and lenders. Ability to research and compare quotes for services or suppliers. Prior experience with UK-based businesses (preferred). Experience in bookkeeping, admin support, or finance roles (preferred). Knowledge of QuickBooks, Xero, or Sage (advantageous but not essential). Previous experience in property, care home administration, or Regus/IWG operations (ideal).
Responsibilities:
Contact suppliers and clients for communication and account setup. Download and submit invoices to accountants. Maintain digital filing of all invoices, receipts, and correspondence. Edit and format business documents. Monitor shared inboxes and prioritize emails. Make phone calls to follow up on invoices or queries. Maintain task lists and ensure deadlines. Collect and review staff hours against RotaCloud. Identify and flag discrepancies. Contact funding authorities regarding payments and queries. Maintain trackers for rent payments, cash flow, and property compliance. Assist with refinancing or funding applications. Support property listing management and tenant communication. Assist with correspondence and file management for legal and financial professionals. Research and compare quotes for services or suppliers.
