Serve as the first point of contact for client queries on benefits, payroll, compliance, and workforce planning. Provide actionable guidance on labor laws and cultural nuances in Switzerland. Review and advise on employment contracts and risk mitigation. Guide clients through Performance Improvement Plans (PIPs) and ensure timely salary changes. Act as SPOC for employee immigration/mobility needs. Identify delegable tasks, document processes, and ensure smooth handover. Drive automation and AI adoption to streamline HR processes. Lead efforts to standardize and improve HR practices globally.
