Senior Cell Therapy Account Manager (South Carolina)

Master's or bachelor's degree required. 5+ years of hematology/oncology therapeutic experience required. Experience in cell therapy, immunotherapy, and/or multiple myeloma strongly preferred. Proven and consistent history of meeting or exceeding sales objectives. Demonstrated ability to manage large, strategic accounts and navigate complex academic hospital systems. Experience with new product launches within academic hospitals or specialty markets is strongly preferred. Willingness to travel overnight up to 50%.

Drive multiple myeloma CAR-T brand choice within authorized treatment centers and community accounts. Competitively sell Arcellx products through deep knowledge of the multiple myeloma landscape. Navigate complex account environments and understand stakeholder needs. Integrate customer insights to design and execute strategic account plans. Share account and HCP insights with cross-functional partners. Equip ATC staff with CAR-T process training. Operate in strict compliance with all laws, regulations, company policies, and ethical standards.
