Requirements:
Master's degree in psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or related field Valid Massachusetts independent licensure (LICSW, LMHC) Experience in behavioral therapy and counseling Experience providing group therapy Willingness to follow a preset curriculum in a virtual environment Strong interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team 3 years experience post independent licensure (preferred) Experience facilitating group therapy in IOP/PHP/RES/IP setting (preferred) Experience working virtually (preferred)
Responsibilities:
Conduct psychological assessments and evaluations Develop and implement individualized treatment plans Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions (individual, group, family) Monitor and document client progress Collaborate with other healthcare professionals Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings Educate clients and families about mental health Adhere to confidentiality and ethical guidelines Stay updated on behavioral therapy research
