5-8 years of marketing experience, preferably in a fast-paced environment. Degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field of study preferred. Experience in managing integrated, multi-channel, marketing programs. Track record of amazing customer experience through excellent account management skills. Self-starter with a collaborative mindset. Strong attention to detail and comfortable handling multiple ongoing programs. Ability to understand data, derive impactful insights, and analyze opportunities. Excellent communicator (both verbally & written). Familiarity with creating clear KPIs and measuring campaign success. Partner effectively with cross-functional teams. Working knowledge of platforms like Salesforce, Tableau, Marketo, Hubspot, GoTo Webinar, Asana, and more.
