Senior Product Leader

5+ years in product management at high-velocity startups or scale-ups (Series B+) Proven PLG experience (built and scaled self-serve products with viral or AI-driven growth) Deep in the AI ecosystem (actively use Cursor, Lovable, Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, or similar daily—and have shipped products powered by AI) SaaS enterprise experience (navigated complex sales cycles, SLAs, security reviews, and integrations) Experience in running effective standups, refining backlogs, and shipping frequently Ability to use product analytics and data to get to the justifiable solution Crisp communication—can present to C-suite, write specs, and rally teams

Define and own the product roadmap grounded in customer value, business impact, and AI innovation. Use AI tools to prototype MVPs, mock APIs, and interactive demos. Set, track, and hit ambitious goals for product growth, team velocity, and feature adoption. Spend time with users and stakeholders to validate problems and solutions. Help run lean sprint rituals, prioritize backlogs, and write clear user stories. Build alignment with Engineering, Marketing, Sales, and Executives. Design self-serve onboarding, upgrade and upsell paths, and AI-powered growth features. Use analytics, quick experimentation, and AI-driven insights to make decisions. Anticipate trends in AI, developer tools, and enterprise SaaS. Support direct reports and exhibit a 'lead by example' mentality.
