Lead Analytics Engineer, Business Intelligence (Mexico)

5–7+ years in BI, Analytics Engineering, or Data Analytics. Advanced SQL and dbt expertise. Deep experience modeling for BigQuery, including performance optimization and cost-efficient query design. Proven skill building semantic layers or governed metrics frameworks. Strong Looker and LookML experience. Excellent communication and data storytelling skills. Collaborative mindset with experience partnering across business functions. Experience in B2C or subscription models a plus. Passion for mentoring others.

Own the data modeling roadmap and enforce modular dbt development patterns. Build and maintain BARK’s semantic layer to support self-service and AI-driven analytics. Drive governed, user-friendly data exploration in Looker. Partner with business teams to define key metrics and generate actionable insights. Lead testing, documentation, and governance to ensure trustworthy, scalable data. Deliver end-to-end data products supporting growth, retention, and financial performance.
