3–5 years of professional full-stack development experience (1–2 years for junior variant). Advanced proficiency in TypeScript, React.js, and Next.js. Experience developing with Golang or another compiled language (e.g., Java, C#). Hands-on experience with Python for automation or data processing. Experience managing deadlines and executing autonomously in a remote setup. Strong attention to detail and ability to deliver polished, production-ready solutions. Excellent communication and collaboration skills across time zones.

Build and maintain full-stack web applications using TypeScript, Next.js, and React.js on the frontend. Design and implement backend systems in Golang or another compiled language (e.g., Java, C#). Support and optimize data pipelines in Python, contributing to performance and automation improvements. Ensure robust, maintainable, and scalable architecture across all systems. Participate in end-to-end product development: ideation, design, implementation, testing, and deployment. Collaborate with product and data teams to translate insights into actionable product enhancements. Maintain high standards for code quality, testing, and documentation. Conduct and participate in code reviews. Contribute to the continuous improvement of engineering best practices and tooling. Partner with cross-functional teams (Product, Design, Data) to align on goals and technical solutions. Communicate progress clearly and manage deadlines across stakeholders in a remote-first setup.
