Senior Site Reliability Engineer

8+ years of experience in DevOps OR SRE using Ruby for automation. Experience with observability and monitoring tools: Grafana and Prometheus. Proficiency with CLI tools: Shell Scripting and/or PowerShell. Experience deploying Kubernetes in production environments. Experience with Git and infrastructure automation tools. Deep administrative experience with Linux operating systems.

Develop automation, configuration management, and toolsets using Ruby and Shell Scripting. Implement and manage observability solutions (Grafana, Prometheus, Splunk, Elastic). Collaborate to resolve incidents and improve system resilience. Create and maintain system configuration documentation, runbooks, and disaster recovery procedures. Contribute Go programming skills to team projects.
