Accountant

Bachelor's degree in Accounting 5+ years working at a growing business (agency or SaaS preferred) Demonstrated expertise with Xero Proven experience with cost accounting or job-order costing Strong analytical skills Excellent attention to detail, organization, and accountability Knowledge of U.S. accounting practices

Manage full accounting operations in Xero Produce weekly reports on project and product margins, labor efficiency, AR, and expense variances Implement and maintain cost-per-project accounting Track direct labor and allocate overhead costs Monitor profitability per website build or client engagement Own the subscription and system audit process Oversee client invoicing, payment schedules, and follow-ups Prepare and process payroll for employees and contractors Support tax filings and compliance
