8+ years in .NET software development 3+ years as Software Architect or Principal Engineer Mastery of .NET 8+, C#, and ASP.NET Core Deep knowledge of distributed systems and performance tuning Proven experience designing and implementing cloud-native architectures on AWS (ECS/EKS, Lambda, RDS, SQS/SNS, API Gateway, IAM) Strong data architecture background (SQL Server, caching, event streaming) Understanding of front-end architecture (Angular) and its integration with backend services Track record of establishing technical standards, mentoring senior talent, and leading complex initiatives Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

Define and own the end-to-end modernization roadmap from .NET Framework to .NET 8 microservices on AWS. Establish and enforce enterprise-wide architecture principles, standards, and design patterns. Lead technology selection for backend frameworks, cloud services, and data platforms. Architect solutions with a focus on scalability, reliability, security, and cost efficiency. Introduce modern engineering practices and AI-assisted development tools. Lead Architecture Review Boards. Partner with product and executive leadership to translate business objectives into a technical strategy. Provide architectural guidance to 2–4 engineering teams. Mentor Tech Leads and Senior Engineers. Collaborate with DevOps and SRE teams to design and evolve infrastructure, CI/CD, and observability systems. Communicate architectural decisions and trade-offs effectively.
