Experience operating telephone switchboards and systems to advance and complete connections. Experience listening to customer requests, referring to directories to answer questions and provide telephone information. Experience updating directory information. Experience suggesting and checking alternate spellings, locations, or listing formats to customers lacking details or complete information.
