Telephone Operators - Contract (Remote)

5+ years full-time work experience Native-level English skills U.S. residency Access to a laptop or desktop computer and reliable internet Availability for at least 10 hours per week during the engagement Experience observing signal lights on switchboards, and dialing or pressing buttons to make connections. Experience operating telephone switchboards and systems to advance and complete connections. Experience listening to customer requests, referring to directories to answer questions and provide telephone information. Experience updating directory information. Experience suggesting and checking alternate spellings, locations, or listing formats to customers lacking details or complete information.
