Responsibilities:
Develop and execute Solink’s financial strategy Lead budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial modeling Lead financial transformation to scale from $50M–$200M+ revenue Build and lead a world-class FP&A function Design Solink’s capital structure strategy and manage financing initiatives Ensure robust internal controls, compliance with GAAP/IFRS, and strong governance Partner with the CEO in shaping the investor narrative Evaluate and execute M&A opportunities
