At least 12 months of experience as a Copywriter. Portfolio showcasing elevated, effective, and on-brand copy for various clients. Ability to create copy for diverse clients, brands, and niches. Strong writing and communication skills. Ability to work fast and solve copy-related problems. Strong organizational, time management, and interpersonal skills. Ability to perform repetitive and miscellaneous tasks accurately. Highly accountable, responsive, and able to meet deadlines. Aptitude for working with people, problem-solving, and critical/analytical thinking. Growth and results-driven mindset, open to constructive criticism. Excellent interpersonal skills for client and team communication. Familiarity with working autonomously and managing time. Available and responsive during office hours (Mondays to Fridays between 3-6 PM BCN time). Consistently work 25-30 hours per week. Stable internet connection and a laptop/PC. Fluent in English (verbal and written). Open to receiving and giving feedback productively.
