Program Manager, Operations - PMG

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Operations, or a related field. Advanced English level. Minimum of 5 years of experience in program or project management, operations, or supply chain roles. Demonstrated ability to lead large-scale projects with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Proven experience managing budgets, timelines, and project scope. Willingness and ability to travel up to 25% of the time.

Lead and manage complex, cross-functional operational programs from initiation through execution and delivery. Collaborate with product, engineering, supply chain, and customer success teams to implement operational improvements. Develop and monitor KPIs to track program success and identify areas for continuous improvement. Create detailed project plans, manage budgets, mitigate risks, and ensure timelines are met. Serve as a key liaison between stakeholders to ensure alignment on objectives and deliverables. Analyze data to inform decision-making and identify opportunities for automation and process enhancement. Champion lean principles and operational best practices across the organization.
