Requirements:
Bachelor's degree (asset). Previous experience in a similar position/function (asset). Prior working experience in certification of persons, training, or exam fields (advantage). Passionate with Customer Satisfaction. Excellent command of English & German language (native-like or C2 level desired). Advanced computer literacy required (ECDL Advance level certification a plus). Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills. Well organized, self-driven, flexible. Able to work in a high-volume, fast-paced, and deadline-driven environment. Availability for 24/7 rotating shifts (including night shifts, weekends, holidays).
Responsibilities:
Provide customer service via email, chat, and phone. Oversee secure and fair conduct of certification exams. Enforce exam rules and protocols. Handle technical or procedural issues during exams. Execute administrative tasks for exam registrations, scheduling, and result processing. Maintain accurate records. Collaborate with cross-functional teams. Work effectively in a team environment. Apply a flexible and adaptable customer-centric approach.
