Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or equivalent. 3+ years experience functioning as an Automation Engineer or DevOps Engineer. 3+ years experience developing, delivering, and operating modern cloud platforms / large-scale distributed systems. 3 years Hands on experience with Cloud automation with Terraform or similar tools. 2+ years of experience with Kubernetes, Helm, and GitOps tools. 2+ years of experience investigating the impact of cloud security engineering issues and incidents. Automation background in multiple scripting languages. Experience with Jenkins pipeline and Groovy scripting. Familiarity with cloud infrastructure and security best practices.
Responsibilities:
Manage cloud infrastructure including configuration, backups, scaling, and costing. Configure and manage orchestration and containerization tools like Kubernetes, Helm, Terraform, and GitOps. Roll out fixes and upgrades to the software. Develop and maintain automated build, deployment, and testing processes using Jenkins and GitOps tools. Ensure high availability and disaster recovery capabilities for critical systems. Monitor system performance and implement scaling strategies. Troubleshoot and resolve system issues and outages. Manage and maintain security standards, digital certificates, SSL/TLS, keys, and secrets. Design and implement infrastructure and deployment automation for microservices.
