Senior Staff Software Engineer, Cloud

Solid experience in backend and/or cloud engineering Technical depth in distributed infra, orchestration, networking, and/or security Track record of high-impact technical leadership Experience with cross-team projects and alignment with non-technical areas Ability to navigate problems with a high degree of uncertainty and large scale Strong communication and influence

Find opportunities and anticipate risks in critical systems Solve complex and ambiguous problems involving multiple systems and services Define technical directions for the Cloud domain Build the long-term technical vision for critical domains Balance trade-offs between short and long term Lead cross-team and cross-domain projects Act as a bar-raiser, participating in hiring, promotions, and evaluations
