AI Engineer

Excellent communication skills in German and English Ability to work in a team and willingness to collaborate closely with colleagues and customer teams Extensive practical experience from successfully completed projects in the field of AI, cloud, or software development In-depth knowledge of at least one public cloud (e.g., Microsoft Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud) Experience with standard programming languages and methods (e.g., Python, C#, Java, Powershell) Knowledge and practical experience with DevOps/DevSecOps, platform engineering, and infrastructure-as-code (e.g., Terraform, Bicep) Experience with container technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes, OpenShift) Familiarity with modern ML/DL frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, HuggingFace) and APIs Experience with automating cloud and AI environments using CI/CD pipelines Knowledge of data management, Databricks, MLOps, and data governance is an advantage

Setting up, operating, and optimizing productive workloads in the cloud Developing and implementing scalable applications and platforms Automating AI environments with CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure as code Definition and implementation of data, model, and MLOps patterns Application and further development of best practices in security, cost control, and performance Close collaboration with colleagues and customer teams to implement requirements Clear and effective communication of technical issues within the team and to stakeholders Support in managing customer projects from conception to release Occasional travel within Germany or Europe depending on the task and customer Working with new technologies and services Continuous training and knowledge sharing within the team
