Requirements:
At least 5 year+ of experience in frontend development 2+ years in a lead or senior engineering role Deep expertise in React, TypeScript, and modern frontend frameworks (Vite, Next.js, or similar) Strong understanding of state management, component architecture, and modern build systems Experience integrating with Web3 technologies (e.g., ethers.js, wagmi, WalletConnect, MetaMask, or smart contract interactions) Familiarity with backend APIs, GraphQL, and data flow Solid grasp of UX/UI principles and accessibility standards Strong leadership, communication, and mentorship skills
