Senior Software Engineer, Engineering Operations - Remote East Coast NA, EMEA, and LatAm

Ability and/or willingness to use our product Hands-on backend/fullstack software engineering foundation; you’re comfortable building systems integrations and automations Experience automating engineering or developer productivity processes (e.g. release process, incident process, metric collection/organizational observability etc.) in medium to large-scale organizations Pragmatic instinct for iterative implementation: MVP → iteration → scale Hands-on track record of owning and developing engineering processes end-to-end in growing software organizations Strong backend software engineering foundation and fluency in one or more of: Python, Java, TypeScript. Strong automation scripting experience (e.g. Shell/Python or similar) Confident working with CI/CD (GitHub Actions or similar)

Own and modernize engineering processes such as cross-team release automation, incident workflows, and internal tooling integrations Identify friction in engineering operations workflows, and take it to next level by automating and orchestrating it, ensuring scalability Holistically connect systems and data across GitHub, Asana, Slack, and Camunda 8 via API Partner with software engineers, engineering leaders and cross-team stakeholders (Product Operations, Support) to understand their workflow pain points and improve organizational experience
