Requirements:
5-8 years of UX/UI design experience. 2+ years in SaaS or product environments. Proven portfolio of shipped products with measurable results. Responsibilities:
Design and deliver world-class, data-informed product and growth experiences. Launch a complete UX + UI system for the MTD for Landlords microsite. Design, test, and deploy high-converting landing pages. Deliver end-to-end product experience flows for microsites. Collaborate with engineering to ensure 100% design parity between Figma and production. Establish and document a scalable design system. Implement a data-driven design iteration loop.
